Kick off the holiday weekend with The RandyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s http://www.therandys.com this Thursday, July 1 at the Downtown Live Concert Series on the patio at Darbys at the corner of Third and State streets. Everything old is new again with the Randys. Whether itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s a pulp surf sounding guitar, tropical lap steel, soothing accordion, or a peppy piano accompanying five crooning voices with fabulous harmonies, the Randys are devoted to getting the toes tapping and the feet shuffling.

Live music begins at 5 p.m. with Alex White. Come early, stay late, and donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t forget to drop your name in the fishbowl Ã¢â‚¬â€œ The Hyatt is giving away all kinds of goodies. I think it is one of the most beautiful things downtown. i wish it wasn't so separated from the street by that big wall of cement.

Thanks, asil! Melissa was promoting next week already. Got it. My Thursday's open this week, and I do like the Menus as well, so I'll be hiding under the shady trees checking out the Menus.
