I can just about guarantee you that the next building that moves to shine light up into the sky will be met with stiff opposition. You might have noticed some buildings (like AEP) that used to be lit, no longer are...
that could be that the AEP "SkyBand" was, depending on who you listen to:
a. faulty and subject to a lawsuit
b. the furthest north one had been installed and not suitable for cold weather
c. both
