While getting a coffee yesterday I happened upon a new copy of C Magazine. Usually all I'm able to find are this publication and the Short North Gazette since everything else is usually picked up. The first thing I noticed was on the cover it says "New Year 2011" which is just a ridiculous error to be making on the cover of a magazine. As I flipped through the magazine I came to the end, where near the back there is an interview of a local businessman named Shawn Cunix. It struck me as odd because I used to work at one of his Verizon stores years ago and distinctly remember him being interviewed in C Magazine before. Sure enough, when I got home I found via the C Magazine archives the interview I thought I remembered from back in 2007. Not only did they reuse the exact same photo, they reused the exact same Q&A. I know this is a free magazine and all, but seriously? I hope the people responsible for putting out C Magazine understand that its readers are expecting a little more than this. That's one reason why I enjoy visiting CU because there is new stuff on here all the time thanks to the users posting some relevant topical content.
