Dear Walker,
I like the mega weekend entry, why does it have to end? Sure summer weekends are more fun, have more festivals and nicer weather, but I am looking for something to do this weekend.
I guess you don't have to label it "mega", it could be scaled back to smedium or ordinary. I just miss having one place to go for clear and concise info on Columbus weekend happenings.

It was an awesome series Anne, I could point any Columbus visitors here and they'd have easy access of things to do in Columbus.
Please bring it back.

I had a friend visit from out of town the weekend after Labor Day, and I was bummed when I went hunting for the Summer Weekend entry on that Thursday or Friday and didn't see it. Always a great list of ideas for things to check out.

Before I went on CU this morning I was thinking that I wish the mega weekend series was still going because I can't remember everything went on last night, and then for today and Sunday.
Sorry, but you spoiled us.
I can think of Gallery Hop, The Taste Of Grandview and Octoberfest at Meisters Bar.

Today is our last outdoor music fest o' 2010...Rocktoberfest by the Columbus Alive kicks off at the South Campus Gateway at 3 pm. CMC will be manning the beer truck. :)

another suggestion, in case the mega weekend is too much work for y'all, would be to create a sticky thread each week called "this weekend" or something, and we undergrounders could post our own events in it. Wouldn't be as pretty, but would be a lot less work for one person to do. Maybe have it set up with a rule that people could only post events, not comments about events...
