Ohio would have the weakest gambling regulations in the country if voters approve Issue 3 on Tuesday, critics of the four-casino plan said yesterday.

This is basically what we'll be getting, if it passes.
Btw, rode by the other day and saw them gutting some more buildings. Whether it's a casino or not, something is going down.

I am utterly shocked that I ever lived to see the day, but it looks like casinos might be coming to Ohio.

You know a river boat floating on the Scioto could be cool as a replacement for some shitty one story shack. Then we would not lose any land that could be valuable and ripe for development.
I might be for a sustainable gambling river boat powered by goose shit.
