The news is breaking via twitter & facebook. Haven't seen the official word yet, but it sounds like all local news outlets owned by CM Media will be under the Dispatch umbrella.
Can anyone confirm?

I'd expect that offer for CU to come in the mail any day now Walker ;)
Wow - Who don't they own now? Seriously - CU, Outlook, NBC4, Clear Channel radio.... anyone else? This is a really sad day for original, quality content free of a publisher's blatant agenda.
Who's going to make fun of the Dispatch now?
The Alternative Station 102.5 FM
let's start the betting pool now- how long until they kill off The Other Paper?
Based on the way the Dispatch Publishing Group integrated publications like Columbus Alive I'm not so sure this is a doom and gloom portent. Why buy products just to squash their identity? It's about building the overall media brand and expanding potential print readership/advertising in an Internet-centric age I'd bet.
What'll they do with Petric? Can they fire him twice?

Except that TOP was the only counterpoint to expose - in print form, with some level of legitimacy and respect - where conflicts within the Dispatch and what they cover lie. Without them - there's Walker. And well. Plunderbund, but since Walker covers the gamut...
