Dirty Franks is one of the main reasons why I joined Twitter so I could follow them. It seems like everything could have possibly gone wrong with inspections did in the last year. I'm crossing my fingers for opening this week!

Mmm…7 soft drink options and 4 of them are:
RC Cola
Dr. Pepper
Ginger Ale
Red PopI love it! Believe it or not, this is important stuff. Not to mention the marvelously low-rent canned beer selections. I may actually start liking hot dogs.
oh, and Ride the Lightning/Highway to Hell/Reign In Blood drinks are all winners. weiners.

I want cans of black label, I want $3 whiskey and orange soda (god bless you liz for having $3 whiskey cocktails here and at tippy top), and I want 72 zillion hot dogs. I can't wait. Can I just keep a cot there and move in?

Speaking of whiskey, did well at Tip Top used to be Bulleit? I went last friday and it was not?

Hum, ok. Not sure why I thought that. Old Crow any good?

I have not tried Old Crow. I really like Bulleit for the price.

Buffalo Trace is my go to bourbon. I'll take it any day over Bulleit. If you like the taste of rye, you should just buy a rye whiskey.

I've had stuff that I like prefer in taste to Bulliet, and BT is deeeeeeelish...but for the balance of price and taste, I always go for Bulleit. Of course I don't remember at all the price of BT. I've found lots of places though that price Bulleit on par with JD and JB...and there's no contest which one of those three I'd rather have.

I'm all for a bourbon thread, but out of respect I can no longer derail this thread. Thank you.

Surprised no one mentioned that they will have Brooklyn Beer's Pennant Ale on tap, that's a great beer that can be very hard to find at stores around here.

The King of Pop will be memorialized on the walls of Dirty Frank's! I hope to see some of you this week, pounding the dogs, veggie dogs and libations at DF.

I'm pretty sure the place will be overrun with the ilk. :)
