Uhhhmmm... I love my DEVO, but that video makes my eyes bleed.
Like all the insect references, tho, seems to hark back to Kafka somehow/alienation.
Also, think the song could be tightened about one-eighth of a turn. I likes my DEVO tight and I likes my videos crappily low-tech, with plastic hats.

as for the video, keep in mind that DIY ain't the same now that you can made a video like that on a $1200 laptop (with $600 of stolen software)... Mark probably knocked that video together over a few days...

I noticed the insect thing, but didn't think too much of it. Got a bit confused about "Don't shoot I'm a man" wasn't getting the "I’m a man" part?
I've heard references to criminals and the low life element as insects cockroaches etc... Wonder if this was intentional or not?To me the don't shoot I’m a man lyric makes more sense, after the insect comment. Insects over usage=Criminal etc.. man=innocent by stander?
Laughed when I saw they included don't tase me bro. lol
Just my 2 cents. overall amused! Go Devo!
