I passed by several days ago and some guys are doing some major construction on an old retail building along Long Street. Today I drove by and they have added a whole new 3rd floor... Seems like it could be apartments.

I could be wrong, but I think CSCC is adding offices.

CSCC moved some offices into the Gateway Building at the NE corner of Hamilton & Long. What Stephen is talking about is at the SW corner of Hamilton & Long. Anne & I have spotted the construction too in the past few days, but wasn't sure what it might be.

I believe John Waddy owns these. He has been quite active in this part of the neighborhood. He mentioned to me before the prospect of a pizza parlor in one of them but that was over a year ago...

I love Yellow Brick, but they're always super busy! ;)

I live directly in front of this, and yes I do believe John Waddy owns them. I haven't heard what the plans are, but they're building quickly from what I can tell. I'll be curious to learn more.

I spoke to John on the phone last Friday. The plan is for mixed-use apartment/retail, but he's wants to hold off on announcing formal details. More to come very soon.
