This may have been posted already so I apologize if I am repeating old news, but I just can not believe this. The Detroit Silver Dome, a 58 MILLION dollar facility with seating for 80,000 and a 130-acre parking lot just sold for…wait for it…$580,000; about 1% of its cost.
I realize that there's maintenance cost, probably quite a bit of repair costs, etc, but my God!!!!!
