Zoo Lights is pretty cool - even for adults. Plus the otters love wintertime, and are really fun to watch.
You can always make a run out to Clifton Mill about an hour west of here, and get some huge buckwheat pancakes and see their gorge lit up with something like 3 million lights, and a collection of 4000 Santas.
Of course, a little post-holiday shopping can be fun too. If you've done the Short North with her, try German Village, Grandview or Worthington.
