Several cities in the US (New York, Chicago, Atlanta, LA, even AKRON!) have large chapters of Dance Dance Party Party (DDPP), and we thought it would be a shame to not start one here. DDPP is a ladies only, judgement-free, monthly dance party. It might sound kind of odd for it to be ladies only, but for those of us who simply like to dance without the pesky downsides of the bar scene, it's a perfect atmosphere.
We had the first one last Thursday in Cafe Bella's "Creative Space", and had a great turnout of fun ladies! We want the next one to grow, and that can only happen if you come and invite your friends!
The next DDPP is Thursday, August 5th @ Cafe Bella's Creative Space. Dancing starts promptly at 8pm. There is a $2-5 donation to cover the cost for the space. See you there!
