There wasn't the day I did it. There was only pipes laid down. Now that they've started the digging and other work, it is probably not passable.

I tried to go through yesterday. Had to hop a fence and "throw" the bike over at the bridge around Ackerman (heading north), but was blocked at the next bridge. The fence was in better shape and they had workers out. Also there was a semi and a lot of work equipment blocking the trail (but you could walk around it). Had to divert through the cemetery and take Olentangy to North Broadway. Not a fun section to be on your bike!

Probably because they are off the trail and aren't marked. The only one actually on the trail is at the Santa Maria which seems to be broken whenever I go to use it, the others you have to look around. Not sure where the one at Antrim is, but the park of Roses the water fountain is next to the shelter house. It'd be nice to have signs posting where water fountains are when the next one is. Kind of a like on freeway when you pass a rest area and it tells you when the next stop is.

Anyone know when the bike trail along Sunbury Road is set to open? THere are great multi-use trails heading North starting by the soccer fields behind Dick's at Easton, but no way to connect to the downtown bike trails. Now there is some development and work being done, but I haven't seen a due date on completion. Thoughts?

Within the next 3 years, at least according to the discussions I have seen.
There is some information here, on one of the YB! threads. You can also search the site for other trail information as people have pieced it together.
We used to have an awesome resource in CMH for the area trails and construction updates. The site was taken down by the author when he moved out of Columbus and the least I had heard, about 6-7 months ago, was that another cycling organization was in talks to pick up the maintenance and contribution to continue it.
