I was thinking you could charge a $5 cover charge for new screennames, but I don't think it's worth the trouble. The great thing about cu is that it is free, people like me stumble across it and make lotsa new friends and find cool things to do and then end up loving a city they never intended on staying in. For me walker has served the purpose of the city's attract and retain mission, so if anything they should be including him in the city payroll;)
