hey guys, i'll come out and cheer y'all on tomorrow... but i'm a little confused.
am i to understand that y'all are playing on the LAWN of the STATEHOUSE? bounded by High & 3rd, State & Broad? is this really the right place? aren't they afraid the lawn's gonna get torn up?
okay, duh: broad and high. i guess i should care if the lawns are all torn up, not MY money paying for landscaping!

Matthew, not sure what your question was, but if you can make the games, come on down! Line up might be tough for a few weeks until people figure out work and getting downtown.
Dredd, I don't know how flexible your environment is, but I'm doing 7 - 4 on Tuesdays through the season to get down from Polaris.
As for parking, I know there's those vestibules to the underground lots at both ends of the lawn, but where is the entrance to park?

Captains,I'm so sorry to inform you that the season's first games have to be cancelled this evening due to standing water on the lawn. Please notify your teammates that there will be no games this evening.
We have slated a day for make up games on July 22. Today's schedule will be played on Tuesday, July 22.
I'll send an email out to the team in case we've got stragglers who don't check CU during the day.
Boooooooo. Although, gives us a week to get a practice in before next game. Who can do SUNDAY afternoon/early evening? The weather looks good. I know it's Father's Day, but I bet there's enough of us without families that we could get a pretty good practice in :) Is 6pm late enough for people who might have lunch plans?
