The have one of my favorite beers ever on tap here, Left Hand Sawtooth Ale, just your regular American ESB - unpretentious and sessionable as their website suggests.
But...
They serve it on a nitro tap a la Guinness and HOLY MOLY it takes on a totally different feel. Thick, creamy head and smooth much like a Guinness but the easier toasted malt and caramel in it vs the deeper flavors of a porter. How cool.
