In addition to the regular happy hour specials and bar menu Rigsby's will have complimentary pulled pork and pork belly confit sliders and fresh strawberry-thyme lemonade with Oyo vodka for $4!
The regular bar menu has a nice list of small plates that are sold at $4 each or 3 for $10:
• Marconna almonds and spiced cashews
• Citrus marinated olives
• Devilled eggs with shallots and white truffle oil
• LaQuercia prosciutto, bruschetta, lardo
• Smoked salmon crostini with horseradish cream
• Medjool dates with Italian sausage
• Sicilian meatballs in calamata marinara
• Pork Belly confit, Alsatian cabbage
• Anson Mills polenta fries, fonduta cream sauce
