To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we've partnered with five great local restaurants who are offering up a special meal each night during our birthday weekend October 6th through the 10th. Each restaurant is featuring something unique, and many are pairing their dishes with locally made Watershed spirits:
Basi Italia - Thursday, October 6th:
Orrechiette Pasta - Smoked Chicken, Gorgonzola Port Wine Cream Sauce, Green apples & Toasted Pumpkin Seeds. Paired with a Pumpkin Martini.
G. Michael’s Bistro - Friday, October 7th:
Horseradish-crusted Trout with sweet potato salad, bacon-spiked green beans, and golden balsamic butter. Paired with our "Third and Willow" - Watershed vodka, Lillet blanc, and grapefruit juice.
Latitude 41 - Saturday, October 8th:
Three course meal for $30 featuring the best farm to table experience by Chef David MacLennan based on seasonal flavors and ingredients. Paired with the "London Calling" by Nicoline Schwartz (fresh rosemary and thyme, watershed gin, Benedictine, honey, fresh lemon juice).
Due Amici - Sunday, October 9th:
BOGO Pizzas and appetizers from 4 to 9pm! Paired with the Gibson Martini - Watershed gin, dry vermouth, cocktail onions.
Barcelona - Monday, October 10th:
Vieiras - Pan seared sea scallops with bacon, mushrooms, baby lima beans, dates, chile flakes and cream. Paired with Spanish Rose water - Watershed vodka, elixir of Damascan rose, segura viudas cava; served in a flute glass.
