Columbus Torah Academy (CTA) will host its first-ever Craftstravaganza on Sunday, April 26, 2009. The CTA Craftstravaganza is a juried, one-day marketplace for handmade goods with proceeds benefiting Columbus Torah Academy. At the Craftstravaganza, shoppers will find unique, handmade items such as jewelry, handbags, baby & kids' clothing and toys, fine art, home goods, and accessories.
The Craftstravaganza will offer shoppers affordable handcrafted wares from Ohio artisans. Some vendors have their own stores in Columbus, some sell their work from their homes or on Etsy.com, and some simply create handmade items as a hobby. The common thread that connects all the vendors is the talent they possess in their craft and they passion they have for their work.
In addition to buying handmade products at the Craftstravaganza, shoppers will be able to participate in a raffle with prizes from vendors and sponsors, purchase food & snacks, and learn more about the school.
The CTA Craftstravaganza will take place on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the Columbus Torah Academy, 181 Noe Bixby Rd. Columbus, OH 43213. The event will run from 2:30 - 8 pm with a $1 suggested donation at the door. For $5, shoppers can become "earlybirds" and enter the event at 2:00 pm before it opens to the public.
