The Create Columbus Commission is hosting a Bar Hop/Crawl this Friday night to raise awareness about the new COTA late-night #21 bus route that runs up and down high street:

Join us for some drinks, and safely ride from stop to stop along the route. We're starting at Barrio at 8pm and will be providing updates on our stops along the way (via twitter, facebook, cu, etc) so that folks can join us at any point along the trip.

Don't forget to mention that riders can ask their bus operator for a COTA coupon from the Night Owl and receive discounts to participating Short North businesses, for more about that go to:

;) It was a fun evening though! Pretty entertaining to ride the bus with a group of like 20 people who rarely (if ever) ride it. All of their questions and uncertainties... really makes you realized how intimidating bus riding can be if you never do it. Hopefully we landed a few converts last night. Everyone kept saying how easy it was to catch. :D

I was so sorry to miss it but I loved reading everyone's tweets about it along the way! Would be a fun regular thing to do to try out new spots along High Street.

Yeah, it was a good time. I'd love to help organize something like this on a more regular basis. Help people learn how to use the bus system and turn it into a bit of a fun game while we're at it. ;)
