I am confused here - the seller appears to be from the Left Coast and I get shipping costs at 147$. Where are you getting the COSI connection?
At 9.99$ (current bid), I'd get Nixon, pick it up and donate to the Tip Top.

If you look in the seller's store, you can find a lot of the others, as well.

$147 probably isn't unreasonable for shipping something that size/weight. Maybe you can contact the seller directly to arrange for pick-up instead of having it shipped. I don't use eBay very often, but that doesn't seem like it should be impossible.
