Ohio Approves Millions To Help Keep, Bring Businesses To State

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The state agreed on Monday to give Ford Motor Co. and 29 other companies millions of dollars of Ohio tax money, 10TV's Kurt Ludlow reported. Every 10 minutes, one company after another told board members how giving their companies Ohio tax incentives would keep Ohioans working.
"It's a big day for Ohio and it just shows that we continue to move in the right direction and if you look at these projects, they're pretty well-distributed around the state," Kasich said.
Critics said the tax incentives are a handout.
