Anyone know what's happening at the NW corner of Dodridge and High, across from Ravari Room? This is the site of that old Sunoco station - I saw them building walls for something.

I contacted the construction company recently. Petco Construction, Inc.--think, "Pet[roleum] Construction Company"--said that they're building a new gas station to replace the Sunoco they razed.

I would be quite happy with a new gas station there

Yep, that's what it's going to be.

It's a sizable structure for a gas station. I wonder what the shopping area will be like. I loathe that Giant "I can't find shit in this Cub Foods wanna be" Eagle, so if it is a place to get a few groceries then I welcome them.

At least it will partially hide the pumps from the street. The one at Giant Eagle doesn't look that bad, for a gas station.

How many Turkey Hills does Columbus need anyway? There's one there, there's one @ the corner of Broad & Nelson, over by Franklin Park...

Just drove past there today; had avoided the area for awhile since it was such a mess. It looks really nice!

Anyone else amazed to see a gas station with zero setback from High Street? Pretty nice building so far, especially considering it's a gas station/convenience store.

I know I shop at Giant Eagle only because of the fuel perks, now that Kroger is building out their own gas stations I'm tempted to make the switch.

KFC is still open. It's located on the East side of the street at the corner of Arcadia and High across the street from Patrick J's

Turkey Hill sells TOP TIER standard gasoline. Keep opening these stations up and get rid of the crap stations.

Just looked at the KFC pictures... i guess it's closed. I drive past it twice a day or more and since I don't eat KFC, I really don't pay attention.
Wonder what's going to happen to KFC? Not that I'm going to miss it.

Patrick J's, across the street, used to be the KFC. Now we'll have 2 former KFCs anchoring the corner of Arcadia & High.
