The Wheel of Retro has finally made its way to Contra at Super Game Team. You will beat Contra as fast as you can. Will you conquer the best-ever time of 10 minutes and 17 seconds? Even more important, can you even get into gameplay on a modern console game as quickly as the average person can beat Contra? Well, that's not part of the competition.

^Japan got the sweeter Contra. They call it Gryzor (I guess they don't think about Ollie North as much there) and it's got cinema scenes and more background action, such as the big leaves on the first board and extra snow and trees in on the snow board. Europe got screwed; their Contra was called Probotector and replaced all the people with robots. The whole idea of robots blowing each other up isn't bad -- just don't do it to Contra.
