When was the last time you pushed yourself out of yours? I've always considered myself to be pretty independent (and the end of a long-term marriage made that less of a trait and more of a necessity.) But the one thing that's freaked me out since the split is eating out alone...
Fortunately, I have great friends, so I haven't had to really think about it. But today I was craving Northstar all hardcore, and didn't feel like hanging out with usual suspects, so I sucked it up and went by myself...
Well, my date with myself was awesome! I ordered the cheapest thing on the menu, the company was good - no forced conversation,etc... got to sing with Belle & Sebastion at the top of my lungs on the ride home, and... I'm pretty sure I'm going to sleep with myself!!!

So, if there's something you're scared of doing - I think you should get out there and shake it up!
