ComFest and Friends of Goodale Park are looking for helping hands at this year's Community Festival - June 22nd, 23rd & 24th. There are lots of opportunities to help us make ComFest's 40th year it's BEST year.
Friends of Goodale Park is seeking volunteers to help at the FGP booth. Volunteers will help set up and tear down the Friends' booth, as well as staff the booth during festival hours. Duties include volunteer recruitment, talking to visitors about the Friends' organization, taking photos during the event, and writing news articles about the Friends' participation at ComFest. Shifts are available all weekend. Please email Julie Hallan at volunteercoordinator@goodalepark.org for more info or to request a shift.
ComFest Cleanup & Recycling has several shifts available this year. This is a great way to help make sure the festival stays safe and green all weekend. And, in case you didn't know...you can help Friends of Goodale Park by volunteering with ComFest Cleanup & Recycling. List "Friends of Goodale Park" as the organization to which your ComFest volunteer hours will be donated, and ComFest will return a portion of FGP's booth fee for your efforts. Email Julie Hallan at volunteercoordinator@goodalepark.org for more info or to request a shift.
Looking forward to seeing you at the festival!
