Editor's note: Every year, Jim is allowed to make one post complaining about the state of Columbus' winter roads, the plowing/salting of those roads, and the general fragility of transport-based infrastructure in a major Dfa-class city. Any more than this, and Walker begins to complain that Jim isn't being fair to the city's department of public services. This morning at 7am, High street, Summit/3rd, Wilson, and Trabue roads were not only un-plowed but seemed to be un-salted as well. As such, Jim has elected to make his one post this morning.
Begin post.
If the Columbus Fire Department did their job as well as Transportation Services, there wouldn't be a city left to employ them, just a pile of charred sticks and blackened masonry.
End post.
Thank you for your time.
