Leader of the Pack is a FUN filled show with infectious 60’s girl group music, a rocking band, and delightful choreography.
This hit Broadway musical retrospective celebrates the life and times of Ellie Greenwich, whose doo wop sounds skyrocketed to the top of the sixties charts.
In the early 1960’s, Ellie’s creative drive and flat out guts, allowed her to not only succeed in the male dominated popular music industry,
but to reach the top winning numerous Grammy’s and awards.
The story of Ellie's rise to fame and fortune is punctuated with the virtual Hit Parade of her music: “Do Wah Diddy’ “Chapel of Love”, “Baby I Love You” , "And Then He Kissed Me" and, of course, the title song.
