Is that right? Then how is your department able to come up with tens of millions of dollars to add miles of new lanes to several roads, yet there's "no money" to convert Summit and 4th? You won't find the Dispatch asking these questions. Also consider the impact on the split once several arterial roads along 270 and 70 have a much higher capacity.
