A housing market research firm says that U.S. home values have hit bottom — just not in Columbus. The median home value in Columbus during the second quarter of 2012 slipped to $122,500, down 2 percent in the past year, according to Zillow’s Home Value Index. Seattle-based Zillow measures the value of all single family homes, condominiums and cooperatives regardless of whether they sell to compile its home value index.
