VOLUNTEER INFO!
For the first time ever we are going to have 2 and 4 hour shifts (instead of just 4 hour shifts!)
Here are the shift times (with set up and tear down being a little different)
9 a.m.-12 p.m. SET UP
12-2 p.m.
2-4 p.m.
4-6 p.m.
6-8 p.m.
8-10 p.m.
10 p.m.-12 a.m.
11 p.m.-2 a.m. TEAR DOWN (we have finished around 12:30 a.m. the last two years)
We have the following areas available:
Front gate
Bar (you must be 21 or over to work our bar)
Food
CMC Info Tent
Security
Floaters
Volunteers will receive food and drink tickets and goodie bags with thank you gifts from the CMC and our event sponsors. You can sign up for a 2 or 4 hour slot.

which times and areas you are interested in.
(if you feel very strongly about working in a specific slot, email early, as we fill up early!)
We are finalizing the band set times and such and we hope to announce this week (if you are waiting on band times to decide when you volunteer)
And-if you have already emailed the CMC I will be sending out emails confirming your shift and time later this week so no need to re-email!
This event is 100% volunteer run and we couldn't do it without you! If you have any questions, please do hesitate to send me a pm here or the CMC email.
