Hi, I'm a student at osu studying criminology, but I'm also taking Italian language courses aswell. I plan to study in italy next spring for a couple of months after I graduate from OSU.
Any ways, i was wondering if there are any native Italians on here or anyone that can speak italian. Also i was wondering if anyone knows of places where Italians (speakers) like to hang out around Columbus. I know there is Italian Village but does anyone know of any hot spots?
I myself am Italian American (not 100% Italian though) and i have many distant relatives still living in Italy. I would love to meet other local Italians and improve my language skills even more. Im taking 103 and 104 autumn and winter quarter but for how much I've learned in school, i'd say i can speak and write better then some other because i've been chatting with italians on facebook and talking to a few around here that i know aswell. I'm trying to do my very best at learning Italian and being the most proficient at it as i can be.
Ciao a tutti,
Joe
