So, not as a test market, but I just read about the latest updates to Burger King's menu:
The world's second biggest hamburger chain on Thursday is launching several pork, beef and chicken sandwiches as limited time offers. And for a sweet ending, the company is also offering a bacon sundae - vanilla soft serve with fudge, caramel, bacon crumbles and a piece of bacon - that started in Nashville, Tenn. earlier this year.I must try at least one.
If this has the sort of bacon shown in promotional photos, I could imagine this would be wonderful.
However, if it contains the usual pathetic precooked, microwaved, micro-sized pieces of bacon they use on their sandwiches, then I have no use for it.Posted 11 months ago # -
Whenever the phrases "bacon" and "vegan" are that close to each other, this must be posted. Moral imperative.

Didn't see this posted. I spotted this video/article on CBS Sunday Morning about Columbus being a test market. They discuss Wendy's, Jeni's, Piada's and Giant Eagle Market District.
