Not a super flattering description of the city from former Blue Jacket Jaroslav Spacek:
"From Florida, an easy kind of life, to Chicago and holy (crap), I've never seen a city or traffic like that," Spacek recalled, laughing. "But I'm the kind of person that you can throw in the water and I can swim right away."He was loving Chicago, 110 games into his career as a Blackhawk, when he was dealt to Columbus.
"It was like going to a goat farm," Spacek says, laughing again then quickly qualifying his words. "Columbus was beautiful for family. With or without traffic, it was 20 minutes to the rink. But it wasn't a lot like Chicago."
