That's a great video... a bit slow to get started, but really captures what's good about the trucks & carts. It also shows a tremendous amount of support from local government, as well as a better-than-expected understanding on their part with respect to what makes the trucks & carts worthy of support.

Lotsa Lobsta will be there with a lot more lobster rolls and staffing to help ease any long lines and will be taking credit cards again. Everyone is supposed to be spread out to help with the congestion. Please come down to support the food trucks and try some things that you can't get daily like our items!

Food Truck and Cart Festival Returns to Columbus Commons on Friday

The Food Truck and Cart Festival debuted with a bang last summer. An estimated 12,000 people descended upon Columbus Commons, overwhelming the food trucks with long lines and leaving some attendees hungry.
“We learned from our mistakes last year,” says event organizer Mike Gallicchio. “We have more vendors, longer hours and more beverage stations.”

So...The Town Monster was in the lineup a week ago, but not this week? Great list regardless, but I was looking forward to seeing them after the posting.
I'm heading in around noon, and seeking out Sweet Carrot. Their Fried Arts (corncake topped with corn salsa, parmesan, and chipotle aioli) was outstanding at the Arts Festival.

if the lines stay like they are now then there should be no problem. You do have to wait, but it was not ridiculous. also the weather is perfect, not hot and nice breeze. Music was good too.
