They factored in unemployment, taxes (both sales and income), commute times, violent crime and how its pro sports teams have fared over the past two years, plus two indexes that gauge weather and Superfund pollution sites, and included the 200 largest metro areas - any area with a population of more than 245,000 was eligible.
Just a reminder that Columbus truly does not suck, especially in the context of a miserable Ohio.
