I will hold judgement till I see "built out" renderings and more detail drawings of the park itself. I am glad that city center is still coming down. I was wondering about the delay. I do agree that there are other locations that high rises could happen.
Not to get off topic but I was wondering about getting additional information on the Unnamed Office Tower and the Dispatch Tower stated in the morpc document? (Page 13)
http://www.morpc.org/trans/MORPC2030LandUseForecasts.pdfLooks like it was written in 2006 so I'm sure those plans for the towers have been shelved. Would be nice though to see what they were planning. I am itching for a new tower or two to go up. It doesn't happen often in this city.
I know it was a 2006 / 2007 document, but I don't remember either project mentioned during that time. I would love to see a new tower or two go up as well. If Cincy can blow their downtown vacancy rate through the roof with a new "highest", why can't we? :)
