Anyone going? I was going to do a writeup previewing the game, but I got so wrapped up in my other project I ran out of time (whoops!).

My soon-to-be bride, her father and I will be sitting in the bleachers tonight.

Looks like the weather should clear up enough to get the game in as well.

I really, really think the Clippers could be a solid team this season. They've got a lot of prospects the last couple years in trades, and a new coaching staff (including pitching coach and Indians legend Charles Nagy) that was very successful on the AA level. Catcher Carlos Santana is a star in the making.

OMG, the flyover was so low and loud that when I was walking to the truck I literally ducked and prayed. I thought a plane was about to crash into my building and I was a goner. Scariest thing ever when you don't see it coming :(

It was a great game, well it's still going on but I got there way too early and I feel frozen solid. Bought two Homage Tees and I love the new line! Will get try and get a pic soon, I see they haven't put all of the new line on the website yet.

OMG, until I clicked on that link, I didn't know the Albuquerque Isotopes were a real team! There was a Simpsons episode where the owner of the Springfield Isotopes tried to move the team to Albuquerque. That episode is now much more awesome. :-D

what's odd is that the Sprinfield team existed before the ABQ team. The original AAA team in ABQ was the Dukes, and they relocated to Portland. A couple of years later ABQ landed a new affiliate and rebranded as the Isotopes because of the Simpson's episode (and well NM has a slightly significant role in atomic and nuclear production).

That is the T-Shirt I purchased and is one of the new ones, I believe I saw two more that weren't represented one soleclassics or on Homage's website yet.

Thrilled the Clippers rolled heads yesterday. Good start for what will hopefully be a very good season.
