I've seen this property posted on CU but couldn't find it again, it's slide 10-16 here:

Wow! How bright and airy! I haven't seen that house posted on here before; there was another carriage house posted, I think in VV. My mom showed me a GV home featured in some Southern Lady Living-type magazine not long ago and I recognized it. As much as I walk the neighborhood, I don't think I've spotted this one. I only wish they had a "before" picture.
I certainly could be wrong about whether or not it was posted here.
Love the space (and spaciousness), but the first floor tile bugs me silly.
there was a carriage house from vic vlg featured somewhere, and I think one in GV. I don't remember seeing this one though, but for some reason I can only see the 1 picture.(edit, got to see the rest of the pics, that house is amazing. i don't think I've seen it before.

Hah! Yeah, that's it. Definitely not the same lol
Yea, but look at the next house in the slides in Iowa. I would take that house anyday over the Columbus one. Then again it is in Iowa.....
Found the listing for it!
