Hello fellow Columbusites! :D
First post, whoopie (actually I posted once in the dining forum about an awesome meal I had at Rosendale's, but that's history now). I'm a blues nut, but I don't really have any idea what's out there in this city in terms of blues/jazz clubs, if any (which is sad because I've lived here my whole life).
edit: hmmm I just now realized that I spelled "obviously" wrong in my location. Gonna fix that.

"Every Thursday in February I will be playing in my new blues band, 'Fester Presley'. Featuring drummer Doug Oscard (from Long Tall Deb and the Drifter Kings and Ray Fuller) and bassist Kris Krzyzanowski, we'll be playing the blues every Thursday, from 9:30-12:30. Chubby's is located at: 1844 Hard Rd. Columbus,OH. You can call the bar for more info at (614) 734-9831. There is NO COVER charge, plenty of seating, friendly service and atmosphere, and a kitchen open until 11 p.m.
