I want this thread to be dedicated to Columbus area chefs. In particular, let us attempt to:
1. List all of Columbus' finer establishments Chef de Cuisine and the Sous-chef (if applicable.)
2. Make notes when a chef leaves one location for another and who takes over their spot.
I will edit my post with all of the relevant information as it is added. Here is a preliminary list of restaurants (I'm sure there are many I'm forgetting.)

What prompted this is a few things. I heard a rumor that the Chef du Cusine at Black Creek had moved on? Also, I feel you can judge much about a restaurant from who has the reins in the kitchen. Might have saved Mr. Hall some time if he knew the Chef du Cusine at The Black Olive came from Blue Fish. 8)

Brad Sorenson is still the Chef at BCB as far as my network of spies and snitches know. They assure me they would have heard something.. I think I might have to run over there this week sometime to make sure..

Has anyone ever had lunch at the Palate Cafe inside the Columbus Museum of Art?
I guess since they're a not for profit business or whatever, the chefs create dishes with amazing quality ingredients for cost basically. (Just don't go on kids day where it's grilled cheese and tater tots!)

I know this is a small detail, but I feel compelled to note that Matt's last name is spelled Prokopchak, without an "a" at the end.
I love the idea of the list - I wish I had some additional names to add to it.

FANTASTIC place. One of the best meals I've ever had was at Rosendale's.
