There's a coffee shop inside the Discovery Exchange bookstore. Pretty sure they serve Crimson Cup.
I think there may also be coffee dispensers in the POD at CCAD. Not a real coffeeshop though.
The closest private businesses may be Zanzibar and Urban Spirit on East Long, but they're a bit of a hike from the main campus area.
There was supposed to be a coffee shop in the Seneca Apartment building between CSCC/CCAD and Franklin, but I think that fizzled:

Personally, I think a coffee shop in the CSCC/CCAD area could make a killing. There's virtually no off-campus area for students to go for food, drinks, snacks or any sort of comfortable study area that doesn't require getting back in the car and driving.
If it were me, and I had a whole pocket full of money to spend, I'd buy this building and convert the bottom floor to a 24/7 coffee shop aimed at the student crowd in the area:
