YouTubeWatched this last night, REALLY interesting television. As bad as I imagined working in a coal mine could be...it appears to be much, much worse. Gotta give it to these dudes though, and they do it with pretty good spirits.

I saw this and agree that it was pretty interesting. I liked it more than similar reality shows in that it was more focused, without much of the forced drama (though I imagine that could come later). No bravado, no "I'm better thank you because I do this scary thing", just work-a-day guys doing a tough job under shitty conditions. But every one of them (especially the night miner operator) has that little bit of fear in their eyes. Definitely will keep watching.
