The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills, open and effective interpersonal skills, and exemplary customer service skills. Must have solid experience with retail operations, financial statements, employee relations, and union labor management. Of utmost importance is the ability to develop a sense of teamwork and communication among staff, membership and the Board. The candidate should also show an excellent understanding of cooperative organizations and be able to effectively produce and enforce policies and regulations. Compensation & benefits: Range of $30k-$35K/year commensurate with skills and experience We are a member owned natural foods grocery cooperative in Columbus, Ohio with annual sales of $2 Million and 1100+ members.
