Does anyone withing Columbus have chickens? I am trying to find out if one needs a permit for 5 or less chickens.

There was a pretty drawn-out thing with some folks who live in Worthington trying to get the law changed to have a few chickens there - looks like in Columbus it's possible, but you need inspections, notified neighbors, etc...
