Dumb question I know, but where (what is it by) in the short north is that? Guessing closer to downtown since I mostly stay in the Bodega/rossi area. Or maybe I am just blind.
I don't have plans... I think I am banned from my friends Cinco de Mayo party. Apparently I thought the antics of my friend's drunk boyfriend to be a bit more hilarious than everyone else at the party. (He ended up running half dressed through a suburban neighborhood after puking in his girlfriend's car. Passed out in one of the neighbor's yards) It was brilliant, and I'm still amused by it a year later.

it's sandwiched between union and haiku. on the east side of high. right before you hit the ibiza lot going north bound... or sort of across the street from the dakota and the greystone (is that what it's called?).
It is where the old Rojo Tequilaria was ... across from Rosendales.
I think maybe I'll make a big mexi feast at home and put down some Pacifico in honor of my Mexican heritage that I don't have.
I plan on eating chips, guacamole, and salsa with my $1 grilled cheese at Bodega. After Saturday I might be all mexicaned out anyway.
As if that's even possible...
i will go to cuco's for lunch though! :)

I was hoping the new place would be open by now. But it doesn't seem to have advanced beyond the new fence.
I'm thinking Bodega also, but we need more ideas

I can stop buy and take an hour to bring out some crappy food if that helps complete the experience.
