Can't get enough of it. Took out the grass in the front yard (a small one) and planted cilantro and wildflowers a few years back. Just a few going to seed each year keeps us in a constant supply, and its usually the first to sprout in the spring. Now if the dogs will just stay out of it...

Love it.
Just had a ton of it last night with some chicken nachos - some with the onions that went with the nachos themselves; some in the guac, and the shining star of the evening: 1 cup of sour cream with the juice of two limes and 1 handful of cilantro. So good I wanted to eat it by itself.

It's interesting. I have a hobby smelling and identifying different scents, and I know that different perfumes/oils will react or smell differently on different people. A soapy smell is one of the 'bad' reactions that some people have to certain perfumes. I could easily see the smell and taste reactions to be linked.

Love it, and not just as a garnish. Cilantro pesto is great if done right.

If this was a truly progressive country, cilantro and I could get married and celebrate our love in public. Damn cilantropobic fascists!

I love it. My fiance made a big pot of venison chili tonight and put a bunch of cilantro in it. Shit was right.

Can't believe no one has posted this yet.
I love Cilantro. Not to the level where I start a blog about it, but it's great in guacamole/pho/etc. I don't like it just straight in stalk form inside spring rolls though.

*sigh* hate it. EXCEPT, I have always loved the cilantro sauce at El Arepazo.
Strangely, I can tolerate the mounds of cilantro you receive on tacos at taquerias, as long as it is balanced by tons of spice.
I can't do cilantro in Asian food, though. Nothing ruins a bowl of pho or a tasty banh mi like a handful of cilantro leaves.it's just not pho if it doesn't have a fist-full of cilantro in it!
to me (at least) the spices - fish sauce, in particular - in vietnamese and thai cooking seem to temper the cilantro a bit.

Love it, but get kind of squicked out by the stems - I have the same reaction with parsley, too - I always have to tear the leaves off because the stems are often really woody. I love it best when it's just starting to sprout, where the leaves are full, and the stems are super tender. Can't get enough of it, especially in summer.
I hate mint, however. Don't mind it much in gum or in Andes candies or whatever, but straight up - blech. Ditto with ginger - it has to be tempered by other ingredients.
Curious to see what everyone loves/hates.

I just picked up a big bunch of it at the mexican market down the street and I trimmed the stems and stuck them in a glass of water like flowers. The smell of it reminds me of spring.
I've been making chorizo tacos for lunch the last few days and I'll grab a big handful and chop it up along with some onions. Mmmmmm.

I love it. I still remember the first time I had it - thought it tasted weird and kind of terrible, but the taste quickly grew on me.
I have learned that moderation is key. I was absent-mindedly chopping cilantro for a curry, and decided to add the entire, giant pile I had chopped... and discovered that no matter how much you love it, do not attempt to use it as a vegetable.
