Does anyone happen to know any good Chinese food that delivers to Vic Village?
Or are these a lost art?

There's this site:

Not super late hours though.
Doesn't Haiku deliver? Not traditional Chinese food, I know, but still.
I've never tried, but it'd be rad if Happy Dragon would deliver out this way. Vic Vil doesn't seem to far removed from their location.
It's decided, I'm calling tomorrow. I need my Happy D fix. I'll report back!

Happy Dragon doesn't even deliver out there way. It's false advertising, always has been, they only deliver to the hospital.
the old zen sushi across from the convention center is now a Chinese restaurant, my buddy jimmy owns it and i believe they do delivery. they have a thai and vietnamese menu aswell.
CDS: Merc linked to a review of the place two posts up. ;)
but the question is does someone have their menu ---
the other delivery source is wedeliver2you.com and I think Brad has a couple of chinese places....

+1 for Asian 168. I work downtown and they're on my go to list for the next time we get Chinese. They do deliver and I would guess that VV is in their radius.
Maybe Coco's on 5th ave?
The place at W. 5th and Grandview Ave used to be called "Oriental Kitchen" now called Dragon something-or-other used to deliver to me when I lived on Hunter. Quite a trek for a delivery area. But I was happy they did it and they always got a good tip. Not sure if they still deliver at all anymore since it is different ownership.

I used to eat there all the time. Then they were cited by the health department a few times. I haven't been able to bring myself to go back even with the new management. Something about an neon orange sticker, it makes me lose my appetite :(
I hope you don't mean the place at 5th and NW that used to deliver, that was the worst food I've eaten in my life.

Ha! I can't tell you how many times I've eaten there (a lot though), health code violations be damned!
Most of the restaurants that are cited tend to be Chinese or small mom and pop type places. While not a fan of chain restaurants, they do seem to do a better job with cleanliness and food safety. Yep, that's the place I mean. I ate there often when I lived in VV and worked in Grandview, but it's been a good 4 years or so..food was never bad when I ate there.
