Our Chair-ography is all about using the chair to get a great workout while learning a fun, choreographed routine! In this 1 hour class you'll learn the choreography to an entire song using contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and jazz dance styles with chair moves/tricks. Every 3-4 weeks we'll start a new routine so everyone has plenty of time to practice and get the routine down solid! The chair offers ladies a chance get some great toning work on the abs, hips and thighs while having fun due all the balancing work needed!
