Colony Cats (& dogs), a local non-profit organization that each year places hundreds of homeless cats and dogs into new homes, invites the community to “Celebrate the Magic!†of an innovative new adoption center that is both the organization’s first – and the first of its kind in central Ohio – during a grand opening event November 8.
The “Celebrate the Magic!†open house runs from noon to 6 p.m. and features master magician D.B. Cooper; musician Kim Rattan of The Kells; and the real stars – dozens of kittens and cats awaiting new homes. Games, prizes, and face painting also are on tap.
The Colony Cats (& dogs) Adoption Center is located at 2740 Festival Lane on the south side of Highway 161, east of Sawmill, by Panera Bread, Chuck E. Cheese’s and Jo-Ann Etc. Anyone interested in attending “Celebrate the Magic†and adopting a cat now or later from Colony Cats (& dogs) can visit http://www.ColonyCats.org or call 614.570.0471 for more information.
